For Microsoft 365 users, Sign.UseWise® is available on both Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace for installation by a global administrator. A free trial is available for both editions.
No, Sign.UseWise® is a cloud-based service, so there's no need for local software installations. All management is done through a web-based admin portal.
Sign.UseWise® app provides a user-friendly WYSIWYG signature editor with lots of functionalities, allowing you to easily create and customize professional signatures with logos, images, QR codes, banners and dynamic data fields.
Google Workspace users can insert their desktop signatures using our dedicated add-in for Android and iOS phones and iPads. For Microsoft 365 users, this feature is supported through the Sign.UseWise® Outlook add-in.
Sign.UseWise® does not alter the content of your email message itself. Instead, it provides a way to securely append professionally designed signatures to your outgoing emails managed within the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environment.
