The following terminology applies to this Policy:
– “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this document shall include Miadria LLC, the company founded and located in the United States of America, Houston, Texas, all related companies in Miadria Group, the website located at usewise.app, the Sign.UseWise SaaS and any related service and, where appropriate, also the owners of the Service, its managing body, its operators, its employees, employees of other related companies in the Miadria Group and any other representatives.
– “You” and “your” means Customers and/or Subscribers and Users accessing the site or using Services.
Sign.UseWise is a subscription-based service. Customers are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Billing cycle). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis. Learn more about Sign.UseWise Subscriptions in our Terms of Service.
Refunds will only be given for subscriptions of more than one month that are canceled within 30 days of the effective date or renewal date of the subscription. Otherwise, there will be no refunds.
Customers can request a refund by contacting us at email@example.com.
Once we receive your refund request, we will make sure that it meets the requirements stated in this Policy and notify you of the status of your refund request as soon as possible.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
If you purchased through Stripe you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. More details can be found on Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.
If you purchased from the channel partner or from us directly we will arrange the refund according to the original payment method.
You can cancel your monthly subscription on the Sign.UseWise app billing page. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
