Sign.UseWise is an email signature management SaaS that enables you to create and deploy Google Workspace (and others, in the future) email signatures throughout your organization and manage other aspects of the office productivity suite.
The purpose of this document is to provide a description of the fair use of the services delivered by Sign.UseWise. The Fair Usage Policy contains guidelines for customers’ use of the Sign.UseWise SaaS product to ensure that each customer has a consistently high-quality experience.
The following terminology applies to this Policy:
– “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this document shall include Miadria LLC, the company founded and located in the United States of America, Houston, Texas, all related companies in Miadria Group, the website located at usewise.app, the Sign.UseWise application and any related service and, where appropriate, also the owners of the Service, its managing body, its operators, its employees, employees of other related companies in the Miadria Group and any other representatives.
– “You” and “your” means Customers and/or Subscribers and Users accessing the site or using Services.
The Fair Usage Policy
The usage of Sign.UseWise services are monitored on a continuous basis. Sign.UseWise Fair Usage Policy manages inappropriate use and makes sure the service can be used fairly by everyone.
The limits are defined as follows:
(i) The Fair Usage Policy covers the use of the Sign.UseWise email signature management SaaS.
(ii) Sign.UseWise is a subscription-based service, billed on a monthly or annual basis.
(iii) Customer may change the number of licenses during the billing cycle but it will not influence the price paid for that billing cycle. Licenses added during the previous billing period will be charged only in the next billing cycle.
(iv) The customer agrees not to make unreasonable changes to a number of licenses during the billing period and before subscription renewal (e.g. remove a significant number of licenses before subscription renewal and then add licenses after the renewal.)
(vi) The Customer agrees not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Our infrastructure.
(vii) The Customer agrees to take reasonable care to limit volumes of data stored and transmitted.
In the event that you are in violation of this Policy, Sign.UseWise retains the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately.
Changes to the Fair Usage Policy
Miadria LLC retains the right to modify this Fair Usage Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically in order to stay up to date with changes. The latest version of Sign.UseWise Fair Usage Policy will be posted on this exact URL each time.
